Your tax bill arrived in the mail on October 28.  The 2010 Borough Tax Rate was 0.424, which included the library levy.  In the 2011 tax bill, it was also 0.424, but the library levy of 0.033 was listed separately.  This makes the total rate 0.457, an increase of 7.78%.

Why has this happened? The lack of Democratic representation on the Council leads to out-of-control spending.
